Yesterday at homebase we spotted these Rhubarb crowns.
The variety is 'Red Champagne'.
Today they went in at the front of plot19.
The rhubarb trench has added compost and manure.

Good choice there Jaj,
I planted that one two years ago,excellent flavour especially when you pick the stems whilst still young!
I know you should't do this but i also had a small harvest off the plant in it's first year...the plant thrived :)
