Council Compost... perhaps collected effluence from local council meetings(?)
Looks great steaming in the winter's air, but for some reason people are using it by the truck load on their plots(!) It's full of bark (which taxes nitrates from soils) and contains many UIO's (including plastic bags and old gloves). Think we'll give it a miss.

it's nice of the council to dump some organic matter. when added to compost for a year or so it might be good stuff.
I stick with the manure and compost for now. ;o)
